The Mirth dress is handcrafted from 100% Australian merino wool crepe knit. A locally manufactured knit sourced from one of Melbourne's last standing bespoke knitting mills. It is semi-sheer with a luxurious pebbly hand, and is stretchy and versatile in fit. The fabric has been hand-dyed using non-toxic Japanese dyes with OEKO-TEX Eco Certification. Please note there are colour variations due to the hand-dyeing process.
The design features a three-layer woodblock printed merino panel, assymmetric pattern cutting, gathered details, and herringbone trim finishes. It will cling to your body like a dream. The fabric is breathable and semi-sheer, so wear a slip underneath if you desire - although you can definitely rock it without!
This is an extra-fine merino with a high tendency to pull, so please handle delicately. If pulls do occur, do not cut them.
Constructed with extra fine attention to detail by the incredible team at the Social Studio.
Original Hemlock artwork commission by tattoo artist Lucy Waldron.
